                      Notification of significant holding

Under sections 198 to 202 of the Companies Act 1985 (the 'Act') and rule 15 of 
the AIM Rules the following information falls to be disclosed:

The Company was notified on 15 April 2005 that Morgan Stanley Securities Limited 
is interested in a total of 1,834,117 Ordinary Shares of 10p each in the Company, 
representing 4.74 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company. The 
Company has been informed that the above holding is held pursuant to section 
208(5) of the Act.
