Under sections 198 to 202 of the Companies Act 1985 and rule 15 of the AIM 
Rules the following information falls to be disclosed:
 
 
The Company was notified on 17 March 2005 that Morgan Stanley Securities 
Limited acquired an interest in the shares of the Company resulting in a 
total holding of 1,222,913 Ordinary Shares of 10p each in the Company.  
This represents 3.19% of the issued share capital of the Company.
