Notification of significant holding


Under sections 198 to 202 of the Companies Act 1985 ('the Act') and rule 15 of
the AIM Rules the following information falls to be disclosed:

The Company was notified on 08 November 2006 that Credit Suisse Securities
(Europe) Limited ('CSSEL') and its subsidiary companies acquired a further
interest in the shares of the Company resulting in a total holding of 2,233,024
Ordinary Shares of 10p each in the Company.  This represents 4.58% of the issued
share capital of the Company.

Those Credit Suisse companies which are direct or indirect holding companies of
CSSEL are, under the terms of section 203 of the Act, each interested by
attribution in any shares in which CSSEL is interested.
