               Notification of Interest in Substantial Holding



Under sections 198 to 202 of the Companies Act 1985('The Act') and rule 15 of
the AIM Rules the following information falls to be disclosed:

In reference to the notification released on 22 June 2006, in accordance with
Section 202(4) of the Act, that, at close of business on the 17 July 2006, of
the interest disclosed, HSBC Bank plc held 39,578 shares constituting interests
as mentioned under Section 208(5) of the Act.

HSBC Holdings plc as HSBC Banks plc's parent company were also interested, by
virtue of S.203 of the Act, in all of the above mentioned shares.
