Under the FSA Disclosure and Transparency rules DTR 5, the following information
falls to be disclosed:

The Company was notified on 16 March 2007 that Credit Suisse Securities (Europe)
Limited ('CSSEL') and its subsidiary companies have an interest in the shares of
the Company resulting in a total holding of 1,904,724 Ordinary Shares of 10p
each in the Company.  This represents 3.91% of the issued share capital of the
Company.
