              Correction to RNS announcement on November 29, 2006


With reference to the RNS announcement (9443M) released on behalf of Asia Energy
on 29th November 2006 for the reissue of options, it was incorrectly stated that
Mr G Holden was to be granted 120,000 options. This should read 200,000 options.
