The Company announces the admission to listing on the Premium Listing segment of the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and commencement in dealings on the London Stock Exchange's Main Market for listed securities of 44,086,270 C Shares at 8.00 a.m. today.

In conformity with the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company would like to notify the market of the following.

As at 31 May 2016, the Company's issued share capital consists of 106,000,002 Ordinary Shares and 44,086,270 C Shares of no par value and therefore the total voting rights in the Company are 150,086,272.

The figure 150,086,272 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company , under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

Terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings given to them in the prospectus of the Company which was published on 27 April 2016 unless the context otherwise requires.
