Project Finance Investments Limited has been notified that Stephen West and his wife sold in aggregate 100,000 Ordinary Shares of £0.01 each in the Company on 21 and 22 January 2016 at an aggregate price of 100.6875 pence per share.  Stephen West's resultant beneficial holding in the Company (in aggregate with the beneficial holdings of his wife) is as shown below:
