AIFMD update

Further to commentary within the Company's Interim Management Statement (released on 15 August 2014) in relation to the Investment Adviser's application to the Financial Conduct Authority to vary its permissions to enable it to act as the Alternative Investment Fund Manager of the Company for the purposes of the AIFMD, the Board is pleased to announce that such application was approved on 10 September 2014.
