Block Listing Application

A block listing application has been made for 3,996,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in GCP Infrastructure Investments Limited ("the "Company") to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange. The shares will be issued fully paid and will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company.

The shares may be issued for cash from time to time for the general corporate purposes of the Company. Any such issues will be made at a price above the net asset value per share as at the time of issue.
