The Board of the Company announces that it is satisfied that any inside information which the Directors and the Company may have in the period leading up to the announcement of the Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 30 September 2023 has been announced to the market. The Company is therefore not prohibited from repurchasing its own shares, during the period prior to the release of its Annual Financial Statements. The Board anticipates that the Annual Financial Statements will be announced to the market on or around Wednesday, 13 December 2023.
