GCP Infrastructure Investments Limited has been notified that Nick Parker sold 100,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Shares") on 22 October 2010 at a price of 110 pence per share.  

Nick Parker, who is a member of the Investment Adviser to the Company, now holds 175,000 Shares in the Company, which represents 0.41% of the Company's issued share capital.

Nick is not involved directly in advising the Company but is deemed a PDMR through his connection with the Investment Adviser.
