Director/PDMR shareholding

GCP Infrastructure Investments Limited has been notified today of the following shareholdings in the Company by certain members of the Investment Adviser to the Company.

Stephen Ellis *	983,883	2.46%
Ronan Kierans**	73,000	0.18%
Nick Parker***	275,000	0.69%

* 102,883 Ordinary Shares were issued to Mr Ellis pursuant to the arrangements for Switching and 800,000 Ordinary Shares were issued pursuant to the Offer for Subscription. In addition, Mr Ellis has today purchased 81,000 Ordinary Shares at 100 pence each.

** 73,000 Ordinary Shares were issued to Mr Kierans pursuant to the Offer for Subscription.

*** 260,000 Ordinary Shares were issued to Mr Parker pursuant to the Placing. In addition, Mr Parker has today purchased 15,000 Ordinary Shares at 100 pence each.
