The Company hereby announces that it was notified that Tom Ward and Ronan Kierans who are members of the Investment Adviser to the Company acquired Ordinary Shares of 0.01 pence each in the Company on 30 March 2012. The resultant holdings are shown below:

Tom Ward acquired 2,160 Ordinary Shares at a price of 105.64 pence and 4,839 Ordinary Shares at a price of 105.74 pence per Ordinary Share. Tom Ward's resultant holding is as shown below:
