As announced on 17 September 2019, Clive Spears notified the Board of his intention to retire as a Non-Executive Director at the Company's Annual General Meeting. Following the conclusion of today's Annual General Meeting, we confirm that Clive Spears has retired with effect from today, 13 February 2020.

Ian Reeves CBE, Chairman, commented, "I would like to thank Clive for his invaluable support, dedicated service and contribution to the Group over the last 9 years. The Board would like to wish Clive continued success in the future".
