Headline:  Dividend Declaration

The Directors announce that, following the receipt of a dividend from GCP Infrastructure Fund Limited (the "Master Fund"), the Board of Directors has declared an interim dividend of 2.15 pence per share which will be paid on the 23 December 2010 to shareholders on the register on 3 December 2010.  The Ex-dividend date is 1 December 2010.
