GCP Infra is pleased to announce the publication of its investor report, which is available at www.gcpinfra.com .
The net asset value at 31 December 2022 was, as previously announced, 113.59 pence per ordinary share.
At 31 December 2022:
· The Company was exposed to a diversified and partially inflation protected portfolio of 48 investments with an unaudited valuation of £1.1 billion;
· The portfolio had a weight-adjusted average annualised yield of 7.9%, principal outstanding of £1.0 billion and an average life of ten years.
In the quarter to 31 December 2022, the Company made five investments totalling £54.6 million. This included £46.4 million advanced to support the prepayment of third party debt secured against a portfolio of solar assets and a portfolio of renewable and PPP assets, a further £7.2 million advanced to flexible generation and storage projects and further advances of £1.0 million across two portfolios of anaerobic digestion plants.
