GCP Infrastructure Investments Limited

Issue of Ordinary Shares

GCP Infrastructure Investments Limited ("the Company") announces that it has issued for cash 1,000,000 new ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("New Shares") ("the Issue").  The issue price per share (before expenses) is 104 pence.

The net proceeds of the Issue will be used for general corporate purposes of the Company.

It is proposed that the New Shares will be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange pursuant to the block listing for which application was made on 16 August 2010.
