GCP Infra hereby gives notification, pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.14(2), that Julia Chapman, the Senior Independent Director of the Board of the Company, has been appointed, with effect from 01 October 2021, as a Non-Executive Director of BH Macro Limited, a company listed on Main Market of the London Stock Exchange. Julia is joining the Board of BH Macro Limited from BH Global Limited following the combination of both companies.
