GCP Infra has today published a notice of its 2023 Annual General Meeting ("AGM"), to be held at 11 a.m. on 15 February 2023.
The AGM notice has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism and can also be obtained from the Company Secretary or from the Company's website, at www.gcpinfra.com . The AGM notice has also been posted to shareholders who elected to receive full copy statutory documents.
