Notice of an Extraordinary General Meeting and Placing Programme

The Company has today published a circular and notice of an extraordinary general meeting ("EGM") in connection with proposals to dis-apply pre-emption rights to facilitate the issuance of up to 175 million Ordinary Shares pursuant to a placing programme.

A copy of the circular has today been mailed to shareholders and a copy been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at
