GCP Infra has made available to shareholders the notice of an Extraordinary General Meeting (the "EGM") to be held at 11 a.m. on 30 September 2022 at 12 Castle Street, St Helier, Jersey JE2 3RT.
The EGM notice has been posted to shareholders, submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism . It can also be obtained from the Company Secretary or from the Company's website, at www.gcpinfra.com.
