Revolving Credit Facility

On 27 March 2018 GCP Infrastructure, the only UK listed fund focused primarily on investments in UK infrastructure debt, announced it had entered into new revolving credit arrangements for an aggregate amount of £150 million.
The Company today announces that it has entered into an agreement with Royal Bank of Scotland International and ING in respect of a £15 million increase to its revolving credit facilities. Accordingly, the Company's revolving credit arrangements, which are fully drawn and with three lenders (Royal Bank of Scotland International, ING and NIBC Bank), are for an aggregate amount of £165 million.
