GCP Infra, the only UK listed fund focused primarily on investments in UK infrastructure debt, today announces the reference price of a new ordinary share under the scrip dividend alternative for the period from 1 January 2021 to 31 March 2021 dividend has been set at 98.84 pence.
This is the average of the middle market prices of the Company's Ordinary Shares derived from the Daily Official List of the London Stock Exchange for the ex-dividend date of 6 May 2021 and the four subsequent dealing days.

The dividend payment date and the date for admission and dealing of the new ordinary shares, to be issued pursuant to the scrip dividend alternative is expected to be 8 June 2021.
