As at 31 March 2022, the Company's issued share capital consists of 883,643,978 Ordinary shares of £0.01 each with voting rights. (Ordinary shares held in treasury : nil).
The above figure of 883,643,978 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, GCP Infra, under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
