DIRECTOR'S DEALINGS

Mr Richard Lockwood, a Director of Geiger Counter Limited, disclosed a holding of 1,050,000 shares in the Company in the Annual Report of the Company published for the year end 30 September 2011 and 30 September 2012 and a holding of 1,150,000 shares in the Company in the Annual Report of the Company published for the year ended 30 September 2013.

It has recently come to light that Mr Lockwood is actually the beneficial owner of a total of 3,584,000 shares in the Company.

The Board of the Company regret the above omission and apologise to shareholders for this oversight in disclosing Mr Lockwood's correct beneficial interest in the shares of the Company.
