Notification To Holders Of Subscription Shares

GEIGER COUNTERLIMITED - NOTIFICATION TO HOLDERS OF SUBSCRIPTION SHARES

As announced on 17th December 2010, 25th January 2011 is the final date for
holders of subscription shares in Geiger Counter Limited to exercise their
subscription rights. On that same day, an explanatory letter and application
form were sent to all subscription shareholders with notice of their right to
subscribe for ordinary shares in the Company at the subscription price of 75
pence per share on a one for one basis on or before 25th January 2011. The same
letter is attached to this announcement for reference.

For those taking up the offer, share certificates are expected to be issued to
certificated subscription shareholders by 1st February 2011.

The final day of trading in the subscription shares will be 20th January 2011.
An application has been made to suspend the listing of the shares with effect
from the close of business on 20th January 2011.
