                        CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DRECTORS


At the Board meeting of the Company held on 22 April 2008, senior executives
Alan Ashworth (Chief Operating Officer) and Glenn Turner (Chief Legal and
Commercial Officer) were appointed to the Board as Executive Directors.
Simultaneously Graham Wheelock stepped down from the Board but remains with the
Company as Chief Mineral Resources Manager.  The Board thanks Graham for his
continued contribution.


These Board changes are with immediate effect.
