Director's Share Dealing

Epistem Holdings PLC (LSE: EHP) ("Epistem" or the "Company") announces that it was informed today that Dr Chris Potten, Non-Executive Director of, and Chief Scientific Adviser to, the Company, today sold 400,000 Ordinary Shares of 1.5 pence each at a price of 370 pence per share.

Following this sale of shares, Dr Potten is the beneficial owner of 519,320 Ordinary Shares, representing 7.2% of the Company's current issued share capital.
