Polypipe Group plc (the "Company") today announces that share options over ordinary shares of £0.001 each, in the Company, have today been granted to the following Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMRs") under the terms of the Company's Sharesave Plan ("Plan").

The option exercise price represents a 20% discount to the average closing price of a share on the three dealing days prior to the invitation to participate in the Company's Plan which was 26 August 2014.  No performance conditions attach to these options which may be exercisable in three years' time from the date of grant.
