Appointment of Chief Executive Officer
Following its announcement on 20 May 2021, Genuit Group plc (the "Company" or the "Group") is pleased to announce that Joe Vorih will be appointed as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and a member of the Board early in 2022, on a date to be confirmed in due course.
Joe will join Genuit Group's Board from Spectris plc, a FTSE 250 company, where he has been president of HBK, a standalone division and key platform business within the Group, since January 2019, having joined Spectris in 2016. Prior to that, he worked for Clarcor Corporation, a NYSE listed business delivering filtration solutions and Danaher Corporation, also a US listed global business in industrial, test and medical equipment.
The Company confirms that as previously announced, Martin Payne will step down from the Board and as CEO following a period of handover with Mr Vorih, but will remain an employee of the Company and available to the Board in an advisory capacity until 20 May 2022.

There is no information concerning Mr Vorih which requires notification under LR9.6.13R of the Financial Conduct Authority's Listing Rules.
