Board changes
Genuit Group plc ("Genuit", the "Company" or the "Group"), a leading provider of sustainable water and climate management solutions for the built environment, announces that following a comprehensive selection process led by an external recruitment consultant, Kevin Boyd will succeed Ron Marsh as the Company's Chair with effect from 1 November 2022. Kevin joined the Board in September 2020 and was previously the Chief Financial Officer of global engineering group Spirax-Sarco Engineering plc and Group Finance Director for Oxford Instruments plc. He is also a Non-Executive Director of Bodycote plc and Emis Group plc.
Ron will remain on the Board to assist with the handover of the Chair and will stand down from the Board on 31 December 2022, having completed nearly nine years of service.
