The Company is pleased to announce that it has, today, placed 50,000 new
ordinary shares of 10p each at 169p per share, raising gross proceeds of
£84,500.
Accordingly, application has today been made for the admission of 50,000 new
ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company to trading on the Alternative
Investment Market.
This placing has been made in pursuit of the strategy for achieving a more
balanced share register announced on 27th May 2002 and approved by shareholders
at the AGM on 22nd August 2002. An equivalent amount of shares will be
purchased through the market from small shareholders, over time.
The shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of the Company
and dealings are expected to commence in the new ordinary shares on Monday 23rd
September 2002.
