The Annual Report and Financial Statements and Notice of Annual General Meeting are available on the Genus website at www.genusplc.com and these documents and the Proxy Form have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at: www.hemscott.com/nsm.do

The 2010 Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at Buchanan Communications Limited, 45 Moorfields, London EC2Y 9AE on Thursday 11 November 2010 at 2.30pm. A summary of the proposed resolutions is set out in the Notice of Annual General Meeting and in the Directors Report of the 2010 Annual Report & Financial Statements.
