Appointment of Broker and Adviser

Genus plc, a world leading animal genetics company, announces that it has appointed Singer Capital Markets Limited ('Singer') as joint stockbroker and joint financial adviser with immediate effect. 

The appointment of Singer novates that of Teathers and following this appointment Genus' stockbrokers and advisers are Morgan Stanley (lead financial adviser), KBC Peel Hunt (joint stockbroker) and Singer (financial adviser and joint stockbroker).
