PDMR Shareholding

The Company has been notified that Bill Christianson, Chief Operating Officer of The Americas, sold 2,138 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 24 September 2010 at a price of 777.5 pence per Ordinary Share pursuant to the vesting of share options in his favour under the Company's 2004 Executive Share Option Plan.

Bill Christianson has no direct shareholding in the Company and is the beneficial owner of 26,189 market value share options under the Company's 2004 Executive Share Option Plan and 36,500 conditional nil-cost share options under the Company's 2004 Performance Share Plan.
