Director/PDMR Shareholding

Genus announces that conditional nil-cost share options were today granted under the Genus 2004 Performance Share Plan to Bill Christianson, Chief Operating Officer of the Americas, as to 12,082 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company.

These nil-cost options are subject to performance conditions which relate to growth in the Company's earnings per share over a three year period and which trigger vesting on an incremental basis.

Bill Christianson has no direct shareholding in the Company and is the beneficial owner of   12,082nil-cost share options and 46,493 market value share options under the Company's 2004 Executive Share Option Plan.
