Director's Shareholding

The Company has been notified that Stephen Wilson, Group Finance Director, purchased 12 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ('Shares') yesterday at a price of 1,414.25 pence per Share, following reinvestment of the Company's interim dividend paid out on Stephen Wilson's existing shareholding.

Following this transaction, Stephen Wilson's direct shareholding in the Company now stands at 3,071 Shares which represents 0.01% of the issued share capital of the Company that is currently 60,965,160 Shares. In addition, he is the beneficial owner of 142,058 conditional nil-cost Share options under the Company's 2004 and 2014 performance share plans.
