Directors' Share Awards
Genus announces that conditional nil-cost share awards were made under the Genus
2004 Performance Share Plan on 21 September 2007 to Mr Richard Wood, Chief
Executive, as to 154,639 shares in the Company and to Mr Martin Boden, Group
Finance Director, as to 34,364 shares.
These awards are subject to performance conditions which relate to growth in the
Company's earnings per share over a three year period and which trigger vesting
on an incremental basis.
Richard Wood's direct shareholding stands at 59,400 ordinary shares which
represents 0.1% of the issued share capital of the Company which is currently
55,961,538 ordinary shares. In addition, he is the beneficial owner of 611,165
share options and conditional shares. Martin Boden does not hold any ordinary
shares in the Company and he is the beneficial owner of 34,364 conditional
shares.
