Exercise of Options
GETECH Group Plc (GTC:AIM), the oil services business specialising in the
provision of exploration data and petroleum systems evaluations, announces that
an employee has exercised options over Dr Derek Fairhead's shares. As detailed
in the Getech admission document, dated 22 September 2005, on 26 August 2005, Dr
Derek Fairhead entered into call options, to incentivise key employees, for the
transfer of 472,340 ordinary shares from his personal holding.
On 16 August 2006, Dr Derek Fairhead received an exercise notice from an
employee regarding 21,277 ordinary shares, exercisable at 9.87 pence per share.
Further to this exercise Dr Derek Fairhead is interested in 8,800,936 ordinary
shares being 31.78 per cent of the Companies issued share capital.
