The Company announces today that it has received the following notification of change in interest in the Company's share capital: 

Following a disposal of 50,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company, Downing LLP is now directly interested in 1,163,461 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing 3.98% of the total issued share capital of the Company and 3.98% of the total voting rights of the Company.
