Gfinity (AIM: GFIN), a world-leading esports and gaming solutions provider, announces that Andy MacLeod, Non-Executive Director, will be stepping down from his role at the Company on 22^nd October 2021.

Andy will therefore be stepping down from the Audit, Nominations and Remuneration Committees, which the Board believe are well-served following the recent appointment of Non-Executive Directors Len Renaldi and Hugo Drayton.

Neville Upton, Founder and Chairman of Gfinity said:
