Gfinity to host Xbox Gears of War 4 eSports tournaments
Gears eSports Pro Circuit for Gears of War 4 launched with $1m Prize Pool
Gfinity (AIM:GFIN), a leading eSports business, announces that Xbox and The Coalition, the video game developer, have revealed a new programme for Gears of War eSports that will be launched in October 2016 to coincide with the launch of the Gears of War 4 game.
Gfinity and Major League Gaming have been chosen as the two operating partners to host live events in an international circuit that will include venues in London, Paris, Mexico City, Columbus and Las Vegas. The starting prize pool for this international circuit will total $1m.
Full details of the International Pro Circuit for Gears of War 4 are expected to be announced shortly and a further update will be provided once the contract is concluded.
