Results of Annual General Meeting
Accounts and trading update
The Board of Gfinity plc (AIM:GFIN) is pleased to announce that all the resolutions were passed at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 17 December 2024.
Further to the trading update on 11 November 2024, the Board is also pleased to announce that in November, it has met its objective to achieve monthly profitability by the end of 2024 and looks forward to continuing progress in the coming year.
The Company's report and accounts for the year ended 30 June 2024 ("Accounts") are due for publication on or before 31 December 2024. The Accounts are at an advanced stage of preparation subject to final review, and in line with market expectations, but the Company has been informed by the auditors that completion of the audit will only occur in early January 2025. Accordingly, in accordance with AIM Rule 19, the Company shares will be suspended from trading on AIM with effect from 2 January 2025 pending publication of the Accounts.
