Total Voting Rights
Gfinity plc, a leading international esports group, announces that the Company's issued share capital as at the date of this announcement comprises 230,510,927 ordinary shares, with one voting right per share ("Ordinary Shares"). The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury. The total number of Ordinary Shares and voting rights in the Company is therefore 230,510,927.
The figure of 230,510,927 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
The above figure does not include the 55,837,283 new ordinary shares to be issued in connection with the placing announced on 28 March 2018, which are expected to be issued in two tranches on 4 April 2018 and 17 April 2018, subject to all relevant conditions being satisfied.
