Gfinity (AIM: GFIN), a world-leading esports and gaming solutions provider, announces that as a result of the issue of 18,554,500 ordinary shares in May due to the exercise of warrants, the issued share capital of the Company at the date of this announcement comprises 723,118,253 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"), with one voting right per share. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of Ordinary Shares and voting rights in the Company is 723,118,253.

The figure of 723,118,253 should be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
