Total Voting Rights

Gfinity (AIM: GFIN), a world-leading esports and gaming solutions provider , announces that as a result of the issue of 2,750,000 new ordinary shares to satisfy a warrant exercise, the Company's issued share capital as at 29 October 2021 comprises 1,098,263,248 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"), with one voting right per share. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of Ordinary Shares and voting rights in the Company is 1,098,263,248.

The warrant exercise period for all warrants in the Company has now expired.

The figure of 1,098,263,248 should be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
