27 June 2013 - Glanbia plc (the 'Company'), the global nutritional solutions and cheese group, announces further to its announcement on 14 June 2013 the appointment of Mr. Vincent Gorman as a non-executive Director of the Company effective today.

Mr. Gorman today on his appointment notified the Company, pursuant to Section 53 of the Companies Act, 1990 as extended by Section 64 of the Companies Act 1990, that he is interested in 2,727 ordinary shares of €0.06 each in Glanbia plc.
