Glanbia plc, the global nutrition group, today announces the retirement of Henry Corbally as a Non-Executive Director with immediate effect.

Henry will be replaced as a Non-Executive Director by Patsy Ahern, who also serves as a Director of Glanbia Co-operative Society and Glanbia Ireland.  

Patsy Ahern has notified Glanbia plc that he does not have any details to be disclosed as required under Paragraph 6.6.7, Chapter 6 of the Irish Listing Rules and Paragraph 9.6.13, Chapter 9 of the UK Listing Rules.
