Re: Redenomination & Renominalisation
Glanbia plc announces that pursuant to the passing of resolutions at the
Company's Annual General Meeting on 11 May 2000, the Company's Irish pound
denominated share capital has been redenominated and renominalised into Euro.
The authorised and issued ordinary shares of nominal value IR5 pence each have
been redenominated and renominalised to ordinary shares of nominal value
Eur0.06 each. This adjustment will not alter the number of ordinary shares in
issue and existing share certificates continue to be valid.
